CoaguChek® offers convenient, portable and intuitive monitoring for oral anticoagulation therapy. If you have been prescribed blood thinners, you may want to speak with us to learn more about this option. CoaguChek® gives you the freedom to test and monitor your blood coagulation from the comfort of your own home. We provide on-site training for this by appointment at our pharmacy.

 

Know Your INR Value

As with all prescriptions and medical equipment, it's important to know how to properly use the CoaguChek® system. Our staff will be happy to teach you how to accurately monitor your INR value on a machine in our pharmacy. We also carry testing strips and other accessories for this system.
